Classic translation

I think most of Malaysians knows about this "classic translation" of IT terms from England English into BM...

Hardware: barang keras
Software: barang lembut
Joystick: batang bahagia
Plug and Play: cucuk dan main
Port: lubang
Server: pelayan
Client: pelanggan

Contoh:
"The server gives a plug and play service to the clients using either hardware or software joystick. The joystick goes into the port of the client."

Translated (by a person who does not understand England English):
"Pelayan itu memberi pelanggannya layanan cucuk dan main dengan mempergunakan batang bahagia jenis keras atau lembut. Batang bahagia itu dimasukkan ke dalam lubang pelanggan."

This is another reason why Malaysians must learn and understand England English...

*luckily the gov didn't make it compulsory that IT must be taught in BM...
