Body toning log 20100713

The 4kg plates on each dumbbell I have seems to be quite light today.

I was doing alternate hammer dumbbell curl and I manage to go as far as this...

Current progress: 180 times (60+30+40+50) each hand.

I guess I will continue with bicep curl using the curl bar with 18kg plates tomorrow.
