Didn't really lift the dumbbells on 15th due to tiredness.
Manage only to lift few times before falling asleep.
Alternate hammer dumbbell curl with 4kg plates:
Current progress: 50 times (50) each hand.
Bicep curl using curl bar with 18kg plates:
Current progress: 40 times (20+20) each hand.
Today, more energetic but also didn't lift much.
Alternate hammer dumbbell curl with 4kg plates:
Current progress: 200 times (50+35+40+40+35) each hand.
